On December 11, 2015, the Diario Oficial published an Acuerdo amending the list (published November 29, 2012, as amended) of items that are prohibited to be exported to or imported from various countries, entities and individuals. The Acuerdo implements U.N. Security Council Resolution (UNSCR) 2216 (2015), which requires all Member States to take steps to prevent the sale, supply or transfer of arms and related material, including weapons and ammunition,  military vehicles and equipment, paramilitary equipment, and spare parts for the aforementioned, to  Abdulmalik al-Houthi, Ahmed Ali Abdullah Saleh, Ali Abdullah Saleh, Abdullah Yahya Al-Hakim, Al-Khaliq Abd  Al- Huthi, and persons acting on their behalf or at their direction in Yemen, or  which would benefit of any of them.  The Acuerdo contains a list by tariff number of the prohibited goods.
