On September 22, 2014, the Diario Oficial de la Federación (the Official Gazette) published a joint (Economy and Foreign Affairs) Acuerdo amending the Acuerdo which prohibits exports to, or imports from, certain countries, agencies or persons in order to implement the arms embargos for shipments of certain listed military materials to Lebanon in accordance with UN Security Council (UNSC) Resolution № 1701 (2006), and the Central African Republic in accordance with UNSC Resolution № 2127 (2013). The restrictions only apply to the identified articles, which are also listed by Tariff numbers. |
