On 6 September 2016, the State Customs Committee (SCC) announced that it had established a special electronic portal for individuals to file information about goods and vehicles crossing the Belarus customs border. Passengers who fill out the on-line information may print out the completed form with its unique identification number (УИНП) and bar code and present it at the border to significantly speed up customs clearance.
