On November 5, 2015, several of the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) signatories posted the official texts of the TPP’s 30 chapters, annexes and tariff schedules. Several also posted the bilateral procedural documents (side texts, understandings and letter exchanges) that apply to them. The TPP text is still to undergo a process of legal review, translation and verification.

The New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT) is the Official Depositary and has the individual chapters and annexes at: http://www.mfat.govt.nz/Treaties-and-International-Law/01-Treaties-for-which-NZ-is-Depositary/0-Trans-Pacific-Partnership.php. It does not have the Procedural Documents separately listed.

While the USTR TPP Text website has the full final text, tariff schedules and annexes, some of the tariff schedules are mis-linked and/or missing. The USTR website is: https://ustr.gov/trade-agreements/free-trade-agreements/trans-pacific-partnership/tpp-full-text. It also has all the procedural documents (side texts, understandings and letter exchanges) involving the United States.

Canada is in the process of translating the text into French and will post the English and French versions when available. In the interim, it links to the New Zealand website as the Official Depositary. It does have the side instruments involving Canada in text format for review.

Australia, MalaysiaMexico (MX bilateral instruments), PeruSingapore and Vietnam (VN bilateral instruments) have also posted the English texts of the agreement or linked to the New Zealand text.
