On 1 October 2013, the Government Gazette of Malta published LN № 300 of 2013 – Dual-Use Items (Export Control) (Amendment) Regulations, 2013. The amended regulations are to be read and construed as one with the Dual-Use Items (Export Control) Regulations (the principal regulations). The amended regulations include changes made to conform the Maltese regulation to Council Regulation (EC) No 428/2009 of 5 May 2009 setting up a Community regime for the control of exports, transfer, brokering and transit of dual-use items (Recast). |
