On February 5, 2021, the Department of State published in the Federal Register a notice [Public Notice: 11347] proposing to extend and amend the Memorandum of Understanding Concerning the Imposition of Import Restrictions on Categories of Archaeological Material of the Arab Republic of Egypt pursuant to 19 U.S.C. § 2602(f)(1).
