On August 28, 2013, the Office of the US Trade Representative (USTR), on behalf of the Trade Policy Staff Committee (TPSC), published in the Federal Register a notice of availability and request for public comments regarding the Interim Environmental Review of the proposed Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement (TPP). In order to be assured of consideration, comments should be submitted not later than 11:59 p.m., September 25, 2013 to inform the negotiations and the final environmental review of the agreement. |
