As of 1 July 2013 the fee for an application for an appeal to be heard by (the New Zealand) Customs Appeal Authority, as set by Regulation 81 of the Customs and Excise Regulations 1996, was increased from NZ$408.89 to NZ$410.00 (GST inclusive).
Applications for appeals against decisions by the New Zealand Customs Service should be made on Form 14 available from the NZCS website, and are to be lodged, together with the fee, directly with the Authority. |
