On July 1, 2013, we reported that the White House announced the President would sign an Executive order to enhance coordination of US Government efforts to combat wildlife trafficking and assist foreign governments in building the capacity needed to combat wildlife trafficking and related organized crime. The Executive Order, Executive Order 13648 – Combating Wildlife Trafficking was published in the Federal Register on July 5, 2013. |
