Japanese government initiated the anti-dumping investigation on imports of graphite electrode from China on April 24, 2024.
The HS code for the product at issue is 8545.11.010 and the WTO customs duty rate for the product is 3.3 % and RCEP duty rate is 2.1%.
The claimed anti-dumping duty rate by the claimants was 37.7% and the investigation process is still going on.
