On March 6, 2019, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) published in the Federal Register a document requesting public comment on its Guides for Select Leather and Imitation Leather Products. The FTC is soliciting the comments as part of its systematic review of all current FTC regulations and guides. Comments must be received by April 22, 2019.
